Date and Hazelnut Bircher Muesli

A beautiful mix of oats, rye flakes, barley flakes, dates, hazelnuts, pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds. A wholesome and sustaining way to start the day! Soak overnight in milk, juice or yoghurt with grated apple and if desired, additonal fresh or dried fruit of your choice. The fresh fruit helps soften the cereal.

Best Breakfast (99% fat free)

An enjoyable light & low fat cereal with a hint of raspberry. Enjoy with milk, yoghurt or fruit juice. Added bran makes this cereal a good source of fibre.

Cranberry Crunch Muesli

Scrumptious ‘dessert’ muesli for those with a sweet tooth. Nice sprinkled over stewed fruit as a dessert. For those who enjoy the cranberry flavour but prefer something less sweet, blend with oats or Alison’s Pantry Natural Muesli.
