Succulent fruit for all seasons. Fruits have been preserved in a variety of ways for thousands of years giving you the chance to enjoy your favourite at any time of the year.

Goji Berries

Little berries long prized throughout Asia for their heath-giving properties. The Chinese traditionally add them to soups, but they are a nutritious addition to salads, cereals or yoghurt too, especially when they're mixed with a sweeter dried fruit, such as cranberries.

Try them enrobed in chocolate as an ingredient of the Alison's Pantry Dark Chocolate Superfruits blend.

Orange Flavoured Cranberries

Rich red and succulent cranberries with orange flavouring. Great snack, especially when mixed with nuts, or use them in baking or pancakes for even more fruity flavours.

Soft Banana

Real banana with no added sugar. A delicious, healthy and convenient snack for all ages - perfect for lunchbox snacks and delicious mixed with nuts and seeds. The intense concentrated is great when added to baking, curries, salads or pancake mix. You'll notice the banana looks a little white - that's just rice flour to prevent the fruit from sticking together. It's doesn't affect the delicious flavour!

Berry Zest

This tangy blend is a mix of goji berries, cranberries, tart cherries and golden raisins. Delicious as a snack or use in baking as an alternative to sultanas. Particularly nice in muffins.

Cranberries

These delicious little berries, long prized in America for their high antioxidant value, have rapidly become a Kiwi favourite. Naturally very tart, Alison's Pantry cranberries are sweetened for your enjoyment.

Crystallised Ginger

Alison's Pantry ginger is delicious. Chosen because of its fine texture, it is grown and processed in Fiji - the home of some of the finest ginger in the world.

Crystallised Strawberries

Real, crystallised strawberries with a real strawberry flavour. No added colouring or flavouring.

Everyday Figs

Alison's Pantry figs are delicious - moist and shiny at the beginning of the season, they whiten as the season progresses and the natural sugars emerge. They make a nice high-energy snack. Great added to baking, cereals and desserts.

Gourmet Dates

Alison's Pantry moist and succulent Gourmet Dates are grown in America. They are softer and less fibrous than their Turkish cousins, and are nice eaten alone or split and stuffed with marzipan. They can be used in baking & cooking too.

Jumbo Select Peaches

These plump fruits are grown and ripened in California. Full of flavour they make a nice anytime snack or can be sliced and added to cereals, baking or salads. Their rather pungent smell belies their delicate flavour.

Mango Slices

These crystallised mango slices are fabulous. They not only taste wonderful, their bright colour adds excitement to any dish. Enjoy them as a snack, add them to a platter of other fruits, nuts, and cheeses, or chop and add to salads or baking.

NZ Apricots (Central Otago)

Alison's Pantry New Zealand Apricots are quite different to their Turkish cousins. They have an intense, tart flavour, and they are the apricots you need to pulp down into jam or pie filling. Turkish apricots will never pulp, no matter how long they are cooked.

Razz Cherries

Razz...because they are raspberry infused! Cherries are naturally very tart when dried and these cherries are infused with flavour and added sugar to make them more palatable. Add to fruit and nut platters, ice-cream, fruit salads, cereals or baking. Nice served with cheese too.
