Cashew Banoffee Latte
(serves 2-3)

1 cup Alison’s Pantry natural cashews, soaked in 2 cups strong coffee for 1 hour
6 Alison’s Pantry select dates
1 small banana
2 tablespoons natural maple syrup
Pinch sea salt



  1. Blend all until smooth, and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  2. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately and enjoy
