Buckwheat

Despite its name, Buckwheat is not related to wheat at all, it’s a grain-like seed! It can be eaten raw, toasted or simmered in water or stock. Buckwheat can also be ground into a flour and used to make baked goods. Contains good fats, protein and soluble fibre.
