Quick Cook Pearl Barley

Pearl Barley is barley that has been pearled and had its fibrous outer layer removed. It has a delicious nutty flavour and can be used in a number of ways. Often used in soups, stews, salads and as a rice replacement in risotto. Unique to Alison's Pantry.
