Sunflower Seeds
Full of essential nutrients, sunflower seeds have a mild, nutty flavour. To intensify this, toast them in a heavy frying pan for 1-2 minutes, turning every 20 seconds. Result is golden seeds that add great flavour to salads, cereals, baked goods, or are quite delicious on their own!
